Born in Milan, on 28/12/1968.
During his career he has specialised in criminal law in the field of economic, corporate and bankruptcy crime, financial crime, culpable crime with infringement of the regulations on the prevention of accidents in the workplace, environmental crime, intellectual property crime. In addition he has followed criminal law aspects of sports trials, such as the so-called “processo Calciopoli” match-fixing trial in 2006 and the proceedings concerning illegal betting in the 2012 football league championships.
He has contributed to preparing organizational models for institutions pursuant to D.lgs n. 231/01 for various Italian companies and is currently chairman of the supervisory board of Bosch Rexroth SpA.
A lawyer since 1997. Graduated in Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan in 1993. He was a trainee in the law firm of Prof. Federico Stella and later in the firm of Francesco Arata, with whom he set up “Studio legale Arata e Associati” together with other partners in 2012.
