Avv. Rossella Gallo

Born in Savona on 9.12.1983;

graduated with honors degree in criminal law and a final score of 110/110 from the University of Genoa – Faculty of Law, academic year 2008-2009 (thesis title: “Organized and Serious Crime and 7 Decree Law 152/1991”, supervisor Prof Paolo Pisa);

Attended the Specialization School for the Legal Professions at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan in 2010-2012, after which she qualified for the judiciary examination;

HFrom 2011-2013 internship training at the Court of Milan.

Avv. Francesca Nobili

In 2011, he graduated from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, the so-called Attachment to the Labor Legislation, and into the implementation of conciliation and arbitration establishments in labor disputes.

Has worked in the Arata and Associates law firm since November 2011. Qualified as a lawyer in November 2014.

Dott. Giacomo Dell’Orto

Born in Segrate (MI) in 1991

In October 2015, he graduated with honors from the University of Milan with a thesis on criminal law relating to prison overcrowding and the alternatives to imprisonment in US law.

Studied at the University of Minnesota as a visitor researcher from April to July 2015.

Has worked with the Arata and the Associates law firm since October 2015.

Born in Paris, on May 9, 1992

Graduated with honors in February 2017 from Bologna University, achieving a double degree in law with an
LLM at Kings College London in 2016/17, after studying at the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris for
one semester. Thesis in international criminal law in Italian and English.
Four months internship at UNESCO HQ, Paris, 2016 Working in a project on the implementation of
the Hague Conventions for the Protection of Cultural Property in the event of Armed Conflict.
In 2017 he started working as a trainee in the criminal law at the Baker McKenzie international law
firm in Milan. Has completed internship training at the Court of Appeal of Milan.
Works with Arata e Associati since February 2018.

Avv. Alessia Pontacolone

Professor at the University of Turin in 2010, with a thesis in criminal law with Prof. Marco Pelissero.
